I made these yesterday and they are half GONE!
3 cups whole, raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, and pecans) — I used raw sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, walnuts and pecans. Whole nuts are probably a better idea.
1/8-1/3 cup agave
1-2 drops Young Living Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil — I used 3 drops and it tastes wonderful!
Coat skillet with oil or butter — I used Coconut Oil for added health benefits and flavor. On medium heat, cook nuts and agave for 10-15 minutes. Stir continually to ensure nuts do not burn. When you can smell the nuts cooking, remove from heat and add Young Living Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil and stir to coat. Drop nuts by spoonful on wax or parchment paper to cool. Makes 3 cups.
