Can you believe it?

October is nearly gone and the holiday season will be here before you know it!

With all the fun, activities and excitement of this time of year, also comes stress, exhaustion, over-indulging and sometimes even illness.

Here are just a couple of ideas to consider as some will enjoy Halloween activities this weekend…
First – if you and your children venture out in the cold or after dark, you’ll want to be sure to support your healthy immune system! Have you stocked up on:

Next, let’s face it … sugar is not a great choice but much of the fun of Halloween is all about the sugar.
