Living In Gratitude
See, it’s not just about counting your blessings – it’s about noticing them, appreciating them, and being grateful for them. Whether you’re grateful to God or grateful to the person who’s been a blessing to you.
People who live with an attitude of gratitude experience more joy than those who don’t. They’re also more likely to have better relationships, be healthier, less stressed out, and even sleep better at night.
You don’t have to wait for something good to happen before you start feeling grateful. You can choose gratitude right now. You don’t have to do anything fancy – just think about what’s going well for you right now, then express appreciation for those things by writing them down and sharing them with someone else who may enjoy hearing about them too.
Be grateful and increase your joy right now!
There’s a great reminder in the Bible. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says:
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
I made a smartphone wallpaper with this verse as a reminder for you. Feel free to download it below.
